As enthusiasts of chocolate and specialty foods, they aimed to establish a brand distinguished by outstanding chocolate and meticulous attention to detail at every stage of production. The chocolate is crafted in their Glasgow workshop, with each batch weighing approximately 30kg. Their cacao is roasted on a modified Giesen coffee roaster, and they have custom-engineered some of their equipment to ensure the highest quality for their production scale.
