Skíō Pottery Reclaimed Bud Vase

Skíō Pottery is the creative partnership of Kayti Peschke and Luke Seaton, who handcraft their small-batch stoneware from their studio overlooking Loch Bay on the Isle of Skye. Inspired by the ever-changing Hebridean landscape, their minimalist ceramics reflect the textures, tones, and mood of the island — from basalt-black clay to glazes that echo seaweed, lichen, and misty shorelines. Kayti and Luke create both functional pieces and one-off designs that celebrate slow living and thoughtful craftsmanship. Every mug, bowl, and vase is made, glazed, and fired by hand, with a deep connection to the landscape that surrounds them. Skíō Pottery are featured in our Isle of Skye guide book and collaborated with us on a special edition Hidden Scotland tumbler to mark its launch — a perfect keepsake inspired by Skye itself.
