About Anna Liebmann
Anna Liebmann, an Edinburgh-based basketmaker and willow grower, meticulously cultivates and hand-cuts willow organically in South Lanarkshire and Edinburgh, crafting an array of functional and exquisite products. Her strong connection to locally sourced willow speaks very clearly through her beautiful products. Anna also imparts her basketry expertise through teaching, both in small groups and nationally. She began her journey on a regenerative farm, mentored by a friend and fellow basketmaker, and now cherishes her role in repairing old baskets, preserving their craftsmanship.
